    We pull your CSLB record, W-9, and resale cert. Tier set on approval.

  3. Order

    Upload 2020 / ProKitchen / PDF takeoff. Estimating returns a priced manifest.

  4. Dispatch

    Will-call from the LA yard or fleet drop direct to the active jobsite.

  • Do you require minimums?

    No minimums on Series 100 / 200 stocked SKUs once your trade account is live. Custom millwork requires multi-unit runs.

  • What are your payment terms?

    Net-30 terms on day one for verified trade accounts. Larger volume tiers can request extended terms with a credit review.

  • How fast can I get a slab delivered?

    Same-day dispatch on stocked patterns ordered before the 11 AM cutoff in LA / OC. San Diego runs Tuesday and Thursday.

  • Do you hold inventory?

    Yes. We carry full Series 100 / 200 stock plus rotating slab and flooring inventory. Custom runs ship 2–4 weeks.

  • Can I order custom cabinet sizes?

    Yes. Submit plans, elevations, or a 2020 / ProKitchen file and the estimating bay returns a priced manifest within six hours.

  • Do you work with out-of-state builders?

    Trade accounts can arrange third-party freight from our LA dock. We do not broker that handoff directly.
